Everyone knows that Vitamin D is the vitamin your body can make when its sunny. Fewer people realise that in the UK we can only make Vitamin D in July and August . Less realise that UK guideline levels only ensure you are not deficient. Vitamin D is linked to many systems for maintenance of well being. This vitamin continues to be in the headlines, even more with Covid 19, as people looks for a panacea for maintenance of health.
