Job Title: Finance and Admin Officer
Location: Barnstaple

We are looking for a Finance and Admin Officer to join our small, friendly Operations team.  You will take ownership of some of the operational finance and admin tasks including managing the purchase ledger in Xero, reconciling credit card accounts, replenishing office supplies and assisting with new starter onboarding tasks.  You will work closely with the Operations team but will also support the wider team with various finance and admin tasks as required.

Essential
  • Qualification or experience in accountancy, business administration or similar (at A-Level or AAT or equivalent)
  • Ability to work remotely from immediate team, demonstrating competence and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure a high standard of quality in handling and preparing documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers and to respond to enquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to work unsupervised when required to solve problems and follow tasks through to completion
  • Driven to achieve deliverables within agreed timelines and able to identify priorities
Desirable
  • Desire to work and develop professionally in finance and to undertake further studies.

Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Nottingham

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the regulatory team on a daily basis, ensuring that the administrative needs of the Company are conducted and completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will support the regulatory team in maintaining consistency and compliance in accordance with Company procedures and relevant legislation.
